Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped with PostNL (or with other carriers), in a brievenbuspakje. We strongly advice to choose the fully insured and signed for option when buying an item, so there is no risk of loosing your capital if the item(s) are damaged or missing. Roman Numismatics does not have control over delays, customs inspections, loss of item, damage of item, etc. If there are any problems, inform us by sending an email and we can see what we can do for you: Romannumismaticssupport@gmail.com

When returning an item, the costumer is responsible for the shipping costs, proper packaging (including all the original packaging). It is the customers responsibility if the parcel goes missing or is damaged in transport. So Roman Numismatic's advice is to always fully insure your return parcel, so there is no risk of losing your capital.
